Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through PrayerTone (operated by KDMT GLOBAL LLC). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products — No Refunds
All songs and audio content created by PrayerTone are custom-made, AI-generated digital products produced specifically for each customer based on personal inputs. Because of the custom nature of our products:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
- This policy applies regardless of whether the customer has downloaded or listened to the delivered content.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is submitted. Because production begins immediately upon order confirmation, we are unable to halt or reverse the process. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
When We May Issue a Refund
In rare circumstances, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- We are unable to deliver your order due to a technical failure on our end.
- A duplicate charge was processed in error.
- We decline your order before production begins.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
We ask that customers contact us directly at hello@prayertone.com before filing a dispute with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback for a product that was delivered as described constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in additional collection efforts to recover the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.
Promotional Offers
From time to time, PrayerTone may offer discounts, bundles, or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotional purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy described above.
